If you have your own domain, your address can be anything @yourdomain. If you don’t own a domain, you can buy one with Fastmail. You can also choose from one of the free domains we offer, such as yourname@fastmail.com. Fastmail offers you hundreds of additional email addresses, so you can create new addresses at any time.

What if my needs change later?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; the new plan instantly comes into effect. A pro-rata credit for the remaining time of your previous plan will be deducted from the cost of your new plan.

We currently accept most major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We are unable to accept cash, cheques, bank transfers, or money orders.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No, you can cancel your account at any time and there will be no further payments required. Please note, we do not offer refunds for unused subscriptions, so please use your free trial to make sure Fastmail is right for you.

How can I save money on my plan?
Mix and match plans to save money for your company or organization. For example, a business owner could be on the Professional plan, with full-time employees on the Standard plan, and contractors using the Basic plan. Save each year by paying for 12 months in advance. You’ll also find two and three-year plans offered at checkout for even more savings.

Can I share my domain with other users on my plan?
Yes. If you have at least one Standard or Professional user on your account, everyone on your plan can make their own email addresses using custom domains you have shared with them.

If you need more, you can purchase up to 300 GB per user.
