WebDAV and FTP logins now appear in Login Log

Logins that access your file storage area via WebDAV or FTP are now displayed on the Options -> Login Log screen. Note that because of the way WebDAV works, every access to file storage (eg every directory listing, every file uploaded or downloaded, etc) will be regarded as a separate login, thus the Num column may appear quite large for even a fairly simple access to WebDAV. FTP does not have this issue.
