FastMail changelog update

The following changes have been rolled out to production:

• New manual fetch button for POP links on the Settings -> Accounts
  screen.
• When you manually refresh a folder (click it in the sidebar, or
  press ‘u’ ), any POP links that fetch into that folder are also
  refreshed.
• Reply to all is now the default button shown at the top of every
  message. You can reply to just the original sender via the “More”
  menu, or the buttons at the bottom of the message.
• Keyboard shortcuts for replying have changed. In line with our new
  default of reply-to-all, “R” is now *Reply to All*. “Shift-R” is
  now “Reply to Sender”. “A” has been removed as a shortcut.
