Answered flag and print view mode

Summary: Answered messages are now tracked and flagged. Print view now available.

Features:

When you reply to an email, the IMAP ‘Answered’ flag is now set. This should display correctly in email clients and now on the mailbox screen

A new ‘Print View’ mode is now available on the message read screen
